New Heights Select 12 is a single-premium deferred fixed indexed annuity. It can be used for personal savings or an IRA rollover, and optional riders can add guaranteed lifetime income or a larger death benefit.

Fixed indexed annuities are insurance contracts, not investments in the stock market or in any index. They do not directly participate in any stock or equity investments, and index returns do not include dividends. Crediting rates, caps and participation rates can change for each new strategy term.

Withdrawals during the surrender charge period may be subject to surrender charges and a market value adjustment, which can reduce your contract value. Withdrawals are taxable as ordinary income, and withdrawals before age 59½ may be subject to a 10% federal tax penalty. Optional riders are available at an additional cost.

Guarantees are backed by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Product features and availability vary by state. Nationwide and New Heights are marks of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company; Skyway FinTech LLC is an independent agency and is not affiliated with Nationwide.
